Communicable Disease Planning Guide & Template

AHMA and BCNPHA have co-published a communicable disease prevention plan template for non-profit housing providers, which you’ll be able to adapt to suit your own circumstances. It also applies to circumstances where public health authorities advise of elevated risk. In such situations, the plan will set measures that go beyond the common, everyday ones to stem the transmission of more widespread and virulent infections.

Navigate BC’s Restart Plan

In partnership with BCNPHA, AHMA has created this guide to help our members, housing and service providers navigate BC's Restart Plan. This guide will aid in the transition ahead as together we embark on the step-by-step process to re-open B.C. We created this guide with conscious care and in line with what has already been released by the province, leading health officials, our partners, and Indigenous housing and service providers. Our goal was to not only help guide all of our communities safely and securely into each phase but to answer any questions our members may have by formatting all relevant information for our sector together in one document.

AHMA will continue to share information and updates with service and housing providers through the AHMA website. Stay safe and please follow all government guidelines. The faster we can all comply, the faster we can move forward together.
